The boards are random in widths 6,8,10,12, and 14 inches in the 3/4 inch flooring and 8,10,12,14, and 16 inches in the 1/2 inch flooring. The flooring will be one of the focal points of the home, but the widest boards will be the focal point of the floor. We recommend that you strategically place the widest boards. Just fill in with the random widths nailing them as you go. There is no set pattern regarding the widths.

All flooring is face nailed with antique nails. We prefer the antique square cut flooring nails. The nails are hammered in flush with the surface of the board. They are not countersunk.

We offer installation if within a reasonable distance; however, we will thoroughly go over installation with any installer. With the flooring being prefinished, any good carpenter can install the flooring.
